TAVDA Have you wondered seriously if you have a vocation to be a sister, brother, deacon or priest? Are you looking for an opportunity to get away for quiet prayer and reflection to explore this more seriously? Set aside a weekend for yourself and make a discernment retreat arranged specifically for this purpose. Weekend of May 30th. to June 1st. The retreat is intended for persons 18 to 35 and is sponsored by TAVDA. More details are on the bulletin board at the back of church.

Prize - $50.00 cash All students in grades 7 to 12 are eligible. Entry forms and contest details can be picked up from father Charlie Fedy at the Rectory. Chastity is about respect. Respect for oneself, for others, for ones sexuality and for marriage. Entries can be created free hand using felt markers, pencil crayon, pen and ink, pastel, charcoal or watercolour paint.... Feeling creative but not particularly artistic? No problem. Entries can be computer-generated. Contest runs until May 23, 2008
